Refund policy

14-Day Returns

Not the right fit or not quite what you expected? You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of purchase. This includes regularly priced and sale merchandise.

To qualify, returned items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Email sales@gruffpup.com with your order number and let us know whether you would prefer a refund or exchange. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Please contact us before sending an item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether it has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method for the amount paid, including any original shipping charges you paid. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

Need another size or color? Email us with your order number and the exchange you would like. Subject to availability, we can send the replacement once you let us know you have shipped the original item back.
